1 General Terms & Conditions

Krikiy is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. Throughout this document, "krikiy", "we", and "our" refer to the krikiy.best website and its associated mobile application. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any registered or unregistered individual who accesses or uses the krikiy platform.

• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• If unusual activity is detected on your account, Krikiy may request identity verification documents.
• If any of your account details change, please contact support to have them updated.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Krikiy is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. This is a legal requirement, and krikiy makes no exceptions.

Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory. Krikiy may request a copy of your national ID card at any time for age verification. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Krikiy — including Sports, Live Betting, Casino, and Virtual Sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out feature is available, in which case separate rules apply.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Krikiy reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or void it entirely.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned in full.
• If there is any suspicion of match-fixing, Krikiy may withhold payment on the related bet pending investigation.
• The use of any fraudulent software or tactics in betting is strictly prohibited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Krikiy supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. Every transaction is carried out through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum limits vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within 1–3 minutes.
• If a deposit fails, please first confirm the status with your bank or payment provider.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500 (BDT). Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Option to temporarily freeze your account for a set period.

8 Account Closure & Bans

Krikiy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting hacking, manipulation, or software vulnerabilities.
• Threatening or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other members.
• Failure to pass age verification.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. You can withdraw your balance before the account is closed; however, if the closure is due to a breach of our terms, your balance may be forfeited.
